Yatching Training Programme Inaugurated

Union Minister of State for Sports Pratik Patil inaugurated a three-month long yachting training programme for both boys and girls in cochin yesterday. The program aims to to train about 250 sailers in three months. About 52 youngsters,including girls are participating in the training now.
Honourable minister also visited the Regional Sports Centre, where some of the events in the National Games will be held and expressed satisfaction over the preprations.In his brief speech, Patil assured all possible helps for the ongoing training programme. Kerala will be hosting the National games in 2010.
