India’s most prestigious quiz is back to the City !!!! The 2009 edition of Tata Crucible Corporate Quiz will be conducted on 23rd August (Sunday) at Taj Gateway, Marine Drive, Cochin.

Tata Crucible is the most competitive quiz for Corporates and other Organizations with the winner taking away over Rs 4 lacs as Prize Money. minds@work (a Marketing Services company) is organizing the Cochin leg of the Quiz. All details of the Quiz are available at www.tatacrucible.com . Please log on to the site and Register yourself at the earliest.

Any number of teams can participate from an Organization and there is NO ENTRY FEE. This makes it a great opportunity for all Quiz enthusiasts to try their wits against the best!

Prize Money: Regional Round winner – Rs 75,000
Regional Round Runner Up – Rs 35,000
National round winner – Rs 4,00,000

What you need to do

1) Visit www.tatacrucible.com All information regarding the quiz is given there. Please click 2009 given on the bottom left had side to go to the Registration page. Enter your name and contact details along with a partner to complete the registration process.

2) Once registered, all you need to do is arrive at the Venue in time.

3) Please carry you Organization’s ID card as proof.

Format of the Quiz and Rules

a) Each team consists of 2 people. Both of them HAVE to be from the SAME Organization.

b) An Organization can send any number of teams. More teams increases the probability of winning and every one can have some fun! Previous editions of the Quiz have have seen some companies send 10-15 teams. So register as many teams as possible.

c) Teams register on the website www.tatacrucible.com

d) At the Venue, they need to produce identification indicating their Organization. ID cards will do. If ID card is not available, a letter on the Organization’s letter head will suffice.

e) Companies need not do a any prior shortlisting. This will be done at the Venue by the Quiz Master through a preliminary written round.The best 6 teams will be selected and will go on stage for the Kerala Regional Round. The others will remain in the audience to cheer their favourite team! Of course there are audience questions and prizes as well

f) The Regional Round will be covered on TV by CNBC. Telecast dates can be seen on the website.

g) The Winner of the Regional Round will participate in the grand finals in Mumbai. All expenses will be paid for making this trip including the flight tickets and hotel stays.

h) This Quiz is NOT open to Tata Group Companies.
