Ever since the establishment of the Infopark in 2003, Cochin has taken long strides in establishing itself as a prominent star on the glitzy IT Map of India.
A plethora of IT Parks and SEZs are planned all across the city, including public and private software parks, which will dramatically boost the total available space for the whoz who of IT industry, as well as for start-up initiatives.

HDIL perspective seems an old one. I am also suprised how Silpi arch came into the picture. Finally Aedas has designed the project. Design of that Muthoot phase II, seems totally out of sync with phase I. Is it really the perspective, or the architects have just flashed their proposal ?
Scorpio, You missed RMZ’s new project at Kakkanad.
Also “Parsvnath” is how it is spelt, I’m sure we Malayalis don’t have a God by that name, so why not follow the Jain way
RMZ is posted here

@ P, HDIL I got it from http://www.skyscrapercity.com forum and http://www.kochinow.com and it was there in the Silpi website as well. May be Sipli just did the 3D imaging, but that was the source I could link up.
Re Muthoot, it was Iyer and Mahesh who designed it, not sure about the status of the project or if this is the approved design, but to the best of my knowledge this is it.
Hello Palash, Thanks for the links and the info.
I’ve mentioned in the post that this is not the exhaustive list, there are many more like the RMZ one (which I was not sure if exclusively an IT project), the TCS campus and a few more private initiatives within the Infopark. Lets get a clear picture of the new projects and we will surely put up a Part II of the list.
And excusez moi for the ’spelling mistake’
, you got me there!
Hello Scorpio
Cybercity cleared all hurdles yesterday when Supreme Court ruled in favour of HDIL’s land purchase from HMT. Not that there was any serious challenges, but a prolonged court case could have caused delay. With this path is clear in front of Cybercity. State govt has also recommended SEZ status for Cybercity.
Scorpio,
On RMZ : this project is basically a KINFRA project on the lines of Hitech park. The land has been leased out to RMZ for developing tech park. Moreover, it is an SEZ , so 70% or more of the land has to be used for industrial purposes.
