Mohanlal’s ‘Chayamukhi’ to be staged on Diwali day @ JTPAC, Kochi

Mohanlal’s Chayamukhi to be staged on Diwali! Kochiites will get to witness Mohanlal’s Chayamukhi at JTPAC state of art auditorium in Tripunithara this Saturday that is on Diwali evening. The veteran actor Mohanlal has mesmerized the audiences with his stage play Chayamukhi in many metros in India. For the first time, he is going to stage it in Kochi. Chayamukhi is based on a folk tale in Mahabharata. The play is produced by ‘Kalidas Visual Magic’ a production house promoted by the actor himself and directed by Prasanth Narayanan.

Mohanlal’s theatrical venture teams him up with the Malayali actor Mukesh. Mohanlal plays the role of Bheema while Mukesh takes the role of Keechaka in the play. The drama has 24 prominent actors and the story revolves around the great epic Mahabharatha. According to the story, Chayamukhi is a mirror given to Bheema by Hidumbi (in Virataparvam) that enables the viewer to see the image of the person loves the most. The play would be a treat for theatre and drama lovers. Almost all the tickets have been sold out. The official partner of the event is Radio Mango.
