“Cooking is like painting or writing a song. Just as there are only so many notes or colors, there are only so many flavors- it’s how you combine them that sets you apart.” It is said a recipe has no soul; it is the cook that brings soul to the recipe. Some people are inexplicable and create magic with their amazing cooking skills.
Do you know anybody who has this talent in them? Then get them to register to the event Let’s Cook organized by Crowne Plaza Kochi‘s #Trilogi in association with Eat Kochi Eat. It is a cookery contest only for the ladies as a part of their International Women’s Day celebrations.
The Trilogi is a fine dine restaurant at Crowne Plaza Kochi. It offers regional cuisines from Kerala, especially from Malabar, Travancore, and Kochi. They are looking out for special Kerala recipes and maybe it could be yours!
Send in your applications of which 20 will be shortlisted and announced on the 1st of March. There will be a live cooking contest at Trilogi Restaurant of Crowne Plaza, Kochi tentatively on 3rd, 4th and 6th of March.
The best 3 recipes will be selected at the end of the 3 days by a panel of chefs and influencers from the city.
The winners will be announced during the International Women’s day Celebrations on 8th March at Crowne Plaza, Kochi.
The winning recipes will be listed down in Trilogi’s Menu along with the winners’ names. Also, a lot of surprise gifts await the winners during the ceremony. The shortlisted 20 contestants along with their families will also be invited to the event.
How to Participate:
Send in your special Kerala recipe entries to email@example.com with the subject “Let’s Cook”. Don’t forget to include your Name, Contact number, and photographs of the dish. The Last Date to submit the recipes is Feb 28th.
The Trilogi is a specialty Kerala restaurant that offers traditional yet creative and novel signature dishes close to the heart of people in Kerala. The working hours is from 7:00 PM- 11:00 PM and hence only serves dinner. The contact number is 91-484-2865000(5175).
