India in space- an exhibition on space organised by ISRO will be held at Federal institute of Science and technology, Angamaly on September 16 to 18 as part of the tech fest Nautilus2k10 in the college.  ISRO is aiming to create awareness among students about India’s accomplishments in space research and to show how they have helped in the country’s overall development.

Satellites like Aryabhatta to Insat series will be on display in the exhibition. Display of chandrayan -1 and the technology behind the success will be showcased in the exhibition. The models of India’s future programmes (VISION till 2020) like GSLV-Mk III, Reusable Launch Vehicle-Technology Demonstrator (RLV-TD), Space Capsule Recovery Experiment (SRE-II) and Chandrayaan-2 will also be displayed.

The entry will be free for all.
