Independence Day Essay Competition
The directorate of field publicity and Santhimahim, a youth wing of Santhigiri Ashram are jointly organizing an essay competition for High School and +2 students as part of Independence Day celebrations. The topic of the essay is “Independence is a misnomer if one is denied the right to hygienic food”. The essay should be a maximum of 300 words and may be written in either English or Malayalam. The winners from each category will be decorated at an award ceremony on August 15th in a public function at Santhigiri Ashram. Candidates can participate either in the test at Santhigiri Ashram on August 12, 2012 10 am or schools may conduct this test after prior registration. So all you budding litterateurs, make your pen do the talking on this Independence day.
