Hairomax Beauty Pageant 2010
Hair-o-max Miss Kerala Beauty Pageant 2010 this year unfolds itself on August 15th. The first Miss Kerala pageant under the Miss Kerala Foundation, initiated in 1999, had extended their social services to the society. Miss Kerala Foundation has donated funds for the unfortunates survived in the calamities. Last year,the pageant had a theme ‘Beauty with a purpose’ and the campaign ‘Save the Girl Child’ was tagged along for the theme.
The pageant symbolizes the transformation of Kerala women from conservative mindset to a progressive oriented attitude.
“Through Miss Kerala we are aiming to find a true representative of Kerala youth, one whose ambitions and aspirations match with that of the young generation with all its spirits,” said Harish Babu, MD of Impresario Event Management India Ltd, organizers for the event said.
Girls of Keralite origin (at least one parent) between the age group 18 and 25, with a minimum height of 5.2’’ are entitled to take part in the contest.Twenty-five girls will be shortlisted from the entries at the preliminary round to participate in the grand finale to be held in Kochi.
The final 25 contestants will be groomed for 6 days by an expert panel of celebrities before the contest. The pageant will have a number of subtitles too.
