Design Blunder @ Padma Theatre Ernakulam

A quick question for the male readers out there? What is wrong in the above picture? This picture was taken from the PADMA theatre in Ernakulam (Kochi) which was recently renovated to become a modern age theatre. But how they expect modern males to take a leak in this particular booth is unexplained! Anyone got a manual??!?
