BarCamp Kerala 3 Rocks Kerala

Sunday 7th 2008, CUSAT Campus, Cochin

The third edition of BarCamp Kerala was conducted in Cochin at the CUSAT Campus by TEN India. For those who do not know what a barcamp is, here is a explanation:

BarCamps are unconferences where the dress code is pyjamas and essential accessory is a pillow. You are supposed to intrupt all speakers whenever you want and gets your answers to your questions. You can shout SPAM when you think there is a sales pitch and generally feel at home.

BarCamps in the west are usually done in BARs where people meetup and hence the name. Unfortunatly in Kerala, the word BAR brings up a different outlook to the event!!
