Amul Ice Cream Parlour in Kochi
Today when I went around the city looking for fine places to eat, this little Amul signage got my attention! C’mon, who doesn’t love ice cream! This neat little outlet is in Kadavanthara right opposite the KR Bakes in Kaloor Kadavanthara Road.
I was initially pretty apprehensive about the place as I have been to similar ice cream parlours which brought delight to my senses and disappointment to my wallets. But its….ice cream! So, I decided to check up on the place anyway.
The place itself was small with 4 tables, well lit and neat. With an arrangement like those of similar ice cream parlours, there was a long array of ice cream boxes, neatly labelled and arranged. After an ruthless attack on 6 flavours, I came into the verdict that this is a place I would be returning to soon 
Anyone knows if there are other outlets of Amul in Cochin?

I just saw one Amul Ice Cream Parlour outlet yesterday. It’s just next to the Public Health Laboratory on the way when you are reaching Convent Junction from Shenoy’s.
on April 10th, 2010Didn’t looks as classy as the Kadavanthara Amul Ice Cream Parlour maybe but looked similarly pretty neat and spacious.

on April 11th, 2010We often visit Yasoram Amul Ice Cream Parlour on Convent Road near St. Teresa’s College.
on June 19th, 2010They have a good ambiance, remarkable customer service, yummy variety and Monsoon offers.. Their shake & special is “Owesome”. Last time when I went there , I was told to taste Cold Coffee. That was really great and both of us just loved it. This Ice Cream Parlour is in a Supermarket called Yasoram Coner Mart.
There is a retail outlet @ palarivattom – thammanam road near to jewel crown apartments , only 800 mtrs from palarivattom junction.The shop usually opens by 9.00 am. & close by 9..30p.m. It is an exclusive outlet for amul products
